Founder of CICON, formed his own dream company in July 1987 after having a decade of experience working in different companies in India and abroad. Adorably addressed as 'MS' by CICON team is known for quick understanding and decision-making and has the ability to carry along different people of any status. 'MS' is a team builder and provides direction to the team in the implementation of projects to ensure high customer satisfaction. His dynamic leadership and experience in the industry enabled him to develop appropriate strategies & actions for the execution of fast-track projects in time bound manner and with safety & high standard of quality.
B.N SANDHYA
Director (Admin)
A women entrepreneur, mainly as a result of culture and her traits, she grapples with business issues including the need to continuously change and innovate. She oversees the activities related to General Administration & Finance of CICON. In line with transformation in life style in the modern world and keeping in mind the ancient style of living, she ventured to develop resorts named “ANGANA” and “BAEVU HALLI” having traditional facilities & sanctity to experience the healthy life style with full respect to nature.

With over 41 years of industry experience, including 31 years at CICON, he has successfully led and delivered major critical projects such as cement plants, sugar plants, machine foundations, high-rise buildings, and institutional developments. Known for providing instant and practical solutions during project meetings, his strong technical expertise and strategic leadership ensure that every project is completed on target and delivered successfully to clients. Acting as the backbone of the organization, he seamlessly bridges teams, processes, and goals.

Has more than three decades of experience in construction industry. Initially he handled execution of projects for few years & later for the last 20 years has been handling the tendering & contracts department.
