Founder & father of CICON ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED, formed his own dream company in July 1987 after having 8 years of experience of working in different companies in India and abroad. 'MS', as adorably addressed by CICON team is known for quick understanding and decision making and has ability to carry along different people of any status. MS is a team builder and provides directions to the team in implementation of projects to ensure highest customer satisfaction. His dynamic leadership and experience in industry enabled him to develop appropriate strategies & actions for execution of fast track projects in time bound manner and with high standard of quality.

B.N.SANDHYA, BSc, BEd., Director

A Women entrepreneur, mainly as a result of culture and her traits, she grapples with business issues including the need to continuously change and innovate. In line with transformation in life style in the modern world and keeping in mind the ancient style of living, she ventured to develop resorts named "BEVU HALLI" and " ANGANA" having traditional facilities & sanctities to experience the healthy life style with full respect to nature. She oversees the activities related to General Administration of CICON in addition to the responsibilities of being Proprietrix of Panchavati Garden Scapes that provides the Landscape works and maintenance of gardens for various projects.

SUBHASH CHANDER, B. Tech (Civil), MIE (PG Diploma), Chartered Engineer, Chief Executive Officer

A person with positive attitude has joined CICON in 2006 With an experience 32 years in the Industry prior to joining CICON. His strong analytical skills coupled with practical approach to problem solving enabled him to work effectively in different situations with people of different attitudes. Experience in industry gained him proficiency in preparation of feasibility & appraisal reports for engineering projects and a dual perspective that lends integrity and pragmatism to everything he undertakes. Friendly and firm communication skills enabled him to prove success in execution of projects. Project management skills ensure the timely completion of the projects within the budget frames and with high standards of quality. He believes in process and motivates the team to work towards system driven policies.

OPERATIONS:

The Operations department under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the activities at Head Office and various sites for execution of projects. Group is completely responsible for the quantity survey and quality control checks & tests to be done from time to time. Team from the group is involved in the project affairs i.e, project planning, material sourcing, monitoring, mitigation plan etc., for timely completion of projects with regular site visits.

TECHNICAL AUDIT & SAFETY :

The Technical Audit and Safety Department under the leadership of Senior General Manager is completely responsible for Technical Audit like men and material reconciliation, responsible for complete site security and safety aspects like safety meetings, safety training, first aid training, etc, The Group is also responsible for recruitments.

TECHNICAL:

The Technical department under the leadership of General Manager (Technical), is responsible for quantity survey, tendering, finalizing contract for sub-contractors and various other activities at the Head Office for all project sites.

PURCHASE:

The Purchase department under the leadership of Senior General Manager (Purchase) is well versed in sourcing of all construction materials and will timely arrange the material as per site requirements & ensuring right quality and strictly as per specifications. Group is also responsible for inventory control and management.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTS:

The finance & accounts department under the leadership of AGM - Finance and Accounts, looks after recording, classifying, summarizing financial transactions, interpreting the results thereon and reporting financial information of company to groups such as Banks, Auditors, Present/ Prospective Clients & Creditors etc.

This department is responsible to maintain the accounts as per statutory law, cash & bank transactions, payment of taxes, fixed assets management in addition to day-to-day collection of funds from Clients and release of payments to suppliers/ vendors for smooth execution of the projects.

HUMAN RESOURCE:

Organizational success depends mainly on the human resource the company possesses. Group is responsible for recruitment of required manpower, maintaining personal data, personal appraisals, industrial & employee relations and statutory compliances in addition to general administration works.
